Kings College London (Jan 2014 to June 2014) – Led the bid team and successfully won the professional services award for the role of M&E Services Master Planning at KCL ,for a framework period of 5 years, worth £620K in professional fees. Role with KCL as Programme Co-ordinator and customer liaison.Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey) Plant Replacement Works (Dec 2013 to June 2014) - Client Project Manager for £36m critical plant replacement programme. Client side PM role with responsibility for leading the Professional Design team, plus Contract Management of the “Partnering Contract”. Heathrow Airport Ltd Q6 – Lot 1 Bid works (Nov 2013 to Dec 2013) – Intense period of work with Balfour Beatty, leading the Technical bid activity for the Lot 1 Baggage Project as part of the HAL Q6 contract. Balfour Beatty subsequently won the Lot 1 contract with HAL.Houses of Parliament – Medium Term M&E works (Sept 2013 to Dec 2013) – Role as Services Project Manager and Contract Administrator on the £30m M&E services upgrade project for the Parliamentary Estates Directorate.Heathrow Airport Limited Tunnels Bid (June 2013 to Sept 2013) – Led the Parsons Brinckerhoff bid team in conjunction with Balfour Beatty for the £100m bid to secure the Heathrow Tunnels upgrade project. -

Cutty Sark Conservation Project, Greenwich (15 months: ending late 2011) - £50m restoration and facility improvement project to both halt the degradation of the Cutty Sark (Grade 1 listed, World Heritage Site) and to create a state of the art tourist attraction.
