Senior Project Manager, currently responsible for a new Cargo Handling Facility for IAG/BA at Heathrow Airport

Heathrow Airport Ltd Q6 – Standard 3 HBS + Asset Replacement Project (June 2014 to present) – Project Manager for the Standard 3 HBS & Asset Replacement Projects in Terminals 1 & 2. This £60m project is programmed to run until 2018 when DfT compliance is required for all HBS (Hold Baggage Scanning) systems. Instrumental in building the project team from scratch and leading the collaborative approach to select key Design resources (eg. Baggage Specialist Providers). Kings College London (Jan 2014 to June 2014) – Led the bid team and successfully won the professional services award for the role of M&E Services Master Planning at KCL ,for a framework period of 5 years, worth £620K in professional fees. Role with KCL as Programme Co-ordinator and customer liaison.Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey) Plant Replacement Works (Dec 2013 to June 2014) - Client Project Manager for £36m critical plant replacement programme. Client side PM role with responsibility for leading the Professional Design team, plus Contract Management of the “Partnering Contract”. Heathrow Airport Ltd Q6 – Lot 1 Bid works (Nov 2013 to Dec 2013) – Intense period of work with Balfour Beatty, leading the Technical bid activity for the Lot 1 Baggage Project as part of the HAL Q6 contract. Balfour Beatty subsequently won the Lot 1 contract with HAL.Houses of Parliament – Medium Term M&E works (Sept 2013 to Dec 2013) – Role as Services Project Manager and Contract Administrator on the £30m M&E services upgrade project for the Parliamentary Estates Directorate.Heathrow Airport Limited Tunnels Bid (June 2013 to Sept 2013) – Led the Parsons Brinckerhoff bid team in conjunction with Balfour Beatty for the £100m bid to secure the Heathrow Tunnels upgrade project.

London Underground SCCB, Hammersmith (Aug 2012 to Present) – Assigned by Ellmers to drive the completion of the Project following the termination of the M&E Contractor for under-performance. Critical role in achieving project completion, practical completion reached 15/3/13. Client interface role with London Underground, managing handover, defect clearance, operational training and documentation. Olympia 2, London (June to Aug 2012) – Responsible for commissioning and handover of M&E services associated with the refurbishment of the Olympia 2 Exhibition complex.The Shard, London (March to June 2012) – Completion of the M&E services to the Viewing Galleries (Levels 68 to 74) ahead of the official opening by Prince Andrew. Cutty Sark Conservation Project, Greenwich (15 months: ending late 2011) - £50m restoration and facility improvement project to both halt the degradation of the Cutty Sark (Grade 1 listed, World Heritage Site) and to create a state of the art tourist attraction. Role incorporated Design and Programme Manager, Package Manager for Structural Steelwork, Glazing and M&E Services totalling £6m.

Pfizer Demolition Project, Sandwich, Kent – £29.5m project to demolish 90% of the existing manufacturing buildings and facilities contained within the Pfizer site in Sandwich. Responsibility for all service related enabling works, including rationalisation of HV & LV systems, pipetrack systems, main utilities, life safety systems etc. Project Kimberley, Bedford – Services Manager for a new build Head Quarters Office complex for Hanson. £25M project with £3.5M services. “Excellent” BREEAM rated facility, with Ground Source Heat Pumps, Rain Water Harvesting and ultra low energy usage. Imperial College. - £17M Commonwealth Building Refurbishment, Hammersmith: Project Management of a phased upgrade of the infrastructure installations to support the ongoing refurbishment of the Scientific and Research Facilities, including fit-out projects on Levels 10, 8, 7, 5, & 2, construction of a CL3 Suite and creation of an ‘Interaction Space’ within the existing Library.JPMorganChase. London - No.1 Triton Square, Euston, London: Project Management of a $35M Paired Data Centre within an existing multi-tenanted occupied building. Construction of 2,000m² of data hall space and associated facilities. JPMorganChase. Basingstoke - Project management of a new build Tier 3+ Data Centre in Basingstoke. Total Project value $125m. Fast track 52 week project build programme, creating a total facility of over 160,000 sq ft, with 70,000 sq ft of active data hall space plus associated plant, ancillary and office space. Included the provision of a new dual-feed site mains supply by EDF.
