Worked for telefonica as a store leader for 7 years since they purchased the link, at present running leeds whiterose store thats going through a 9 month trial where retail and customer service and on line all come together to deliver a digital expereince. various trials been done at same time to deliver a new experence for the customer where sales and service isnt led by targets some great learnings from this trial so far. Also been succesful in doing two secondments as area leader lasting a year each covering maternity and project covering the south east and the west of england, on one of the secondments took a leadershipteam of 36 through a conultation period of 90 days
