-Establish integration between the DNA (Data and Assessment) and eduCLIMBER platforms to facilitate the transfer of data between the two systems.- Gathered feedback from various internal stakeholders with regards to issues in the completion of DNA/eC projects. Based upon feedback gathered, developed a process using epics in Jira and setting up tasks. Assist in the planning of a configuration while guiding clients to obtain the necessary data to make their EWS system work as intended for their goals.

Member of the Center for Charter School Quality (CCSQ) at The Ohio Alliance for Public Charter Schools (OAPCS) working as part of a team for the extraction and importing of student based data into Illuminate (www.illuminateed.com). This extraction/importation of data requires the use of multiple 3rd party vendors and preparing these data extracts for use within the system. We have worked with DASL, Powerschool and GlobalScholar to create data extracts from these student information systems. This has involved working with multiple third parties along the way to create a data extraction that meets the requirements for our member schools. During the 2014-2015 we are currently working with 17 charter schools located across the state of Ohio.Contributed to the development of a Straight A Grant that was awarded $2 Million in funding to utilize Illuminate Data and Assessment in 17 charter schools for a 5 year period through the development of staff in the process of data teams.Implemented Helpdesk tracking software (Zendesk) for use by our external stakeholders who utilized our Data and Assessment Platform. Collected data from Zendesk and shared with our team so we could target our professional development outreach based on the issues that were being reported.Developed process for using our Data and Assessment software for tracking the project completion of each district who was part of the Straight A Grant. Provide technical support for staff and students who are both on and off site. Evaluate new technologies, develop procedures and offer recommendations for new technology for use in education.Developed inventory tracking program to show use of equipment over a given academic year along with calculating the number of days in use. This information was used in determining equipment replacement cycle.Implemented Helpdesk ticketing system for the tracking of issues and identification of problem areas. Utilized this data with district staff for adjusting the training students received prior to being sent home with equipment. The end goal of this work was to minimize issues which could be blockers for student success.Implemented remote desktop solution for working with a student if a tech issue was reported.
