With over two years of experience as a project manager at Schwickert's Tecta America, I oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and quality control. I leverage my skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word to create and manage project documents, reports, and schedules, and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.I have a strong background in sales, having worked as an outside sales representative at Kreofsky Building Supplies and a sales floor team member at Haley Comfort Systems. I use my sales skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships with customers. I also have a solid foundation in computer aided drafting (CAD), having earned an associate of arts and sciences degree in this field from Rochester Community and Technical College. I apply my CAD skills to design and modify roof systems, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
