Responsible for the planning of annual and 5 year strategy resulting in the accomplishment of local milestone goals. Responsible for the maintenance, logistics and sustainment of over $500 million in property, real property, and inventory, including vehicle stocks, ammunition, explosives, food, construction material and cash on hand.

Responsible for an area roughly the size of Maryland, including its security, agricultural and economic development, and infrastructre improvement. Special focus on negotiations between two formerly and currently hostile parties along the Arab-Kurd fault line in Diyalla Province, Iraq.

Maneuver Planner, I Corps and Multi-National Corps-Iraq / Multi-National Forces-Iraq. Primary maneuver planning officer for the ground forces in Iraq. Subordinate to multiple general officers and higher ranking planning officers. Responsible for the plan to draw down forces in Iraq, including transportation, logistics, international and intergovernmental relations at the national and local levels, security operations, personnel management to the individual level, for a force of over 150,000, shrinking to a force of 50,000.

Responsible for the creation of a "wrap-around" scenario enabling decision making at the theater command and Joint Task Force level (3-4 Star Commands). Responsible for the computer simulations backdrop which enables higher level commands in the Army and Joint commands to practice warfighting skills. Responsible for the realistic and challenging scenario throughout an exercise, including land, maritime, air and strategic forces of a fictional enemy combatant.
