About Bob Harper

Took over failing personnel company in early 80's and brought back to profitability shortly after. Made Help Unlimited a leader in temp personnel relating to transportation. Set the standard for conditions of hire and minimums related to driver personnel and established a widely copied timesheet used industry wide until on line information made the paper form redundant. They are still used in some cases today. Believe that my experience on both sides of the desk as a user and a supplier has stood me well over the years.
