I founded Management Controls, Inc. (MCi) in 1989 as a specialized consulting and auditing firm. Our early work with clients led to development of Track software. In the mid-90's MCi transitioned to a software development company with direct sales to Process Industry manufacturers. Today, MCi has a dominate (75%+) market share in the North American oil refining and chemicals industry. MCi has a growing client base across multiple vertical markets, domestic and international. Track is now the central system of a portfolio of software and services.

Began my carrer at ARCO as an Internal Auditor. Became Director of Internal Auditing for Manufacturing, Research and Engineering (Construction).
