A short term contract to assist in the coordination of the Battle of the Atlantic 60th, and final, anniversary. Responsibilities included assisting in the coordination of a week of activities involving 11 visiting warships, 7 from overseas, and managing the programmes for 35 V.V.I.P.s. Working closely with the civil police and Liverpool City Council to ensure the security and success of this highly publicised event.

Responsibilities include annual formal inspections of all the Royal Marines Pay and Cash Offices, raising a report of findings and ensuring that corrective action is taken. Also a member of various committees representing the Royal Marines' interests on policy matters concerning pay, cash and personnel administration systems.
