Since joining Sledgecraft I have been responsible for estimating and project managing everything from local high end custom residential and commercial projects to projects located everywhere from Rhode Island to California and as far south as the Florida Keys. I have been involved with High Profile historical rennovations as well as design built contemporary projects. I have been responsible for landing and managing nationwide coorporate accounts where I worked with Architects and Interior Designers to help design prototype casework fixtures as well as create "Brand Standards". In all of the projects that I have been involved with I have worked closely with General Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, Franchisees, Construction Managers and Owners direct to help with the success of every project.

At Abitare I was responsible for all estimating, all field measuring and all drafting. I worked very closely with Architects, Interior designers an Clients directly. I handled all shop scheduling as well as all project coordination. I also was responsable for all personnel issues including hiring and firing of shop, finishing and install personnel.

HMI started as a 2 man cabinet shop in the Greater Chicago land area and quickly grew into a 9 man shop where I was responsible for everything associated with owning your own company.
