• Coordinated the installation and design of a 12-site physician network for Greater Baltimore Medical Center, and an 11-site physician network for Johns Hopkins Bayview Physicians.
• Led the Managed Network Expansion Project for Johns Hopkins Hospital, surveying over 60 buildings to determine existing network layout and future requirements. Created a customized database for user access and RFP.

Linthicum, MD

• Directed the complete survey and documentation of the Johns Hopkins Hospital’s computer network, providing a visual and textual reference document of over 1000 network devices.
• Provided a complete integrated solution migrating the existing unmanaged equipment to the managed network using Network Hubs and Cisco Routers on an FDDI network, improving both manageability and network performance.
• Designed, installed, and documented, the Bayview Medical Center’s Managed Computer Network, providing a seamless link to the Johns Hopkins Hospital Network.

• Developed and maintained the operational schedules of 21 ships in our Squadron, meeting strategic initiatives and ever-changing national requirements.
• Controlled an annual operational budget of over $22 million.
• Produced and administered a portion of the detailed plan for the closure of the Charleston Naval Base as a member of the Base Closure Organization Committee.
