As a Lead Software Engineer, I drive end-to-end development, from crafting software designs to writing code that aligns with best practices across the team. I shape project roadmaps by creating detailed stories, ensuring smooth project flow, and fostering collaborative team dynamics. My technical expertise spans a diverse stack, including Azure, Kafka, MongoDB, SQL Server, C#, Java, and Kotlin, allowing me to deliver robust solutions and optimize performance. Develop .NET applications to support manufacturing and business operations. Technologies: C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, WCF, WPF, RavenDB, MongoDB. Served as scrum master and architect. Gave various presentations on design patterns, new technologies, best practices, and elegant code. Member of the Enterprise Agile team, responsible for spreading agile development throughout the organization. Member of the Enterprise Architecture Group, responsible for setting development standards across departments.

Enhanced the build process using continuous integration with proper solution restructuring and automating deployment to QA and production. Also responsible for creating technical specifications and programming in C#.NET on the company’s ASP.NET product. Other duties include managing Team Foundation Server and helping implement best practices into the development process.

Manage a team of developers, testers, and network administrator. Also served as the project manager for the rewrite of the company’s flagship product. The company was purchased by another company at the time I was hired. I was let go as part of a consolidation effort.

Started as Senior Software Engineer and promoted to Manager of Application Development in 2005. Also worked as a team member on a project to replace the entire system that drives the company.
