Also developed a final budget, bid package and reviewed for final selection of contractors for a new raw coal preparation plant and major material handling system. The project was canceled due to the declining coal market.

During this time was promoted to program manager and managed projects at two other SunCoke sites, Jewell Smokeless located in Vansant Virginia and Gateway Operations located in Granite City Ill. At the Gateway Operation I put together a new project team to manage a major outage replacing several economizers for the heat recovery system and multiple other small cap projects.
