In June 2016 I was successful in taking up a higher position within the company. As an Academic Support Coordinator I now oversee support for students at Middlesbrough college, Gateshead college, CCAD, New College Durham, Durham University, Teesside University and Open University. I work closely with the education team to ensure that personalised support is provided to help our service users reach their full potential.

As an Educational Support Officer my main responsibility is to provide support and guidance to those in need. I aim to remove the barriers to learning by offering such services as: Note taking, Student Assistance, Mentoring and Specialist Study Skills.By working on a 1:1 professional environment I build relationships that help my service users succeed.

I prepared and made over 50 courses on the menu whilst also attending to any customer’s needs. I was also in charge of all kid’s parties, entertaining and engaging children of ages between 5-15. I also ran many adult’s pizza making parties where I would teach older people about our restaurant and show and make pizzas with them.
