About Bob Frey

I’m a true believer that leaders who have the right combination of capability, experience, and attitude can fundamentally change the course of an organization. I’ve been fortunate in my career to work alongside executives who have put me in leadership roles across a variety of functions and business units. The most important lesson this has taught me is perspective. The ability to see opportunities and challenges from different lenses has allowed me to react quickly to changing market conditions and guest preferences. In my personal time, I love to challenge myself physically. Endurance sports give me an opportunity to recharge and reset my mind so that I can fully dedicate myself to the next task. As a finisher of an Ironman and multiple marathons people often ask, "How do you do it?"Achieving big goals is the same in both my personal and professional endevours. Build a plan, execute the plan, learn from the experience, and do it again!
