Here as consultant Brand & Controller and working with the appointed UK distributor, he took Peppadew to become the leading brand in the UK grocery Antipasti category and listed by all the major multiples. Similar success was achieved in the Food Service sector where it became the 'must have ' ingredient for many own label and branded products, Pizza Express possibly being the most noted. Working with the then Peppadew International board he also oversaw the introduction and management of a marketing support programme for the distributor network throughout the world.His open and winning style of creativity,communication and transparency that has delivered success for those he worked for and with over the years, has now been fused with a collective of hugely talented professionals in this latest venture.
