Presenting high-level management workshops to Carrier/Bryant dealers/contractors, including course development (workshops on sales, service, leadership, negotiations), and in-dealership consulting services.

Managed the central US and Canada for Carrier Transicold. One of four regions in North America

Responsible for the development of the transport refrigeration dealer network in North America.

Responsible for all dealer development functions for the 2000+ Honda Power Equipment Dealers. Also managed half of the U.S. market (Eastern and Western) for Power Equipment Sales.

Managed all automobile service department functions for 110 Honda dealers in the Northeast region with a staff of "21" associates.

Launched the introduction of Honda engines in the U.S. market. Established a two-step distribution network (distributor-dealer) and converted key OEM's to offer Honda engines on their products.

During undergraduate school at Indiana University, I taught diesel engine technology, troubleshooting, and repair to mechanics across the globe and later transitioned into sales, marketing and dealer/distributor development. Also spent time in sales for Detroit Diesel distributors (George Engine Co. in Louisiana and Lawless GM in California).
