 Drives resources to achieve desired levels of customer satisfaction and profitability and to identify service opportunities that enhance the customer’s business and iStreet revenue. Manages, together with the iStreet Delivery Manager, delivery of the contracted services according to the SLA.  Responsible for renewing existing revenues and ensuring adherence to a defined change order process. Works with sales to resell contracts. Involves and integrates the entire account team in account strategy development, reviews and in influencing the customer. Responsible for maintaining and evolving the account plan. Oversees an overall project plan for all outsourcing delivery commitments. Ensures project plans exist for all delivery projects.  Manages revenue projections and costs. Ensures that invoices have been calculated, the customer has been billed and that payment has been received.  Conducts executive briefings and service performance reviews with the customer.
