• Process Company’s payroll for several locations including exempt and non-exempt employees by utilizing ADP Work Force Now (version 9) software. Assure withholding taxes, garnishments, auto deposits, deductions, and status changes are process accurately. Process manual checks, relocation expenses, and supplemental payrolls. Consolidate and provide monthly payroll reports and balanced legers to accounting. File and maintain electronic records.• Conduct structured new employee orientations to assure all EEO, E-Verify, and company policies and procedures are met. Enroll new employees in elective benefits and 401k retirement programs through company’s third party Web Benefits Design software. Train employees on usage of the self-enrollment portal for future changes and open enrollments.• Maintained and utilized the company’s HRIS system to enter, track, and process reports for all employees including pay rates, personal information, skill sets, withholdings, garnishments, and payroll deductions.• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, FAA, DOL, and other state or federal agencies in an accurate and timely manner.• Manage Drug & Alcohol Program for an FAA Repair Station providing awareness training to employees. Work with an outside consourceiun to provide regulated and secure random testing of covered employees. Complete government forms and reports per FAA requirements. Monitor and report on effectiveness of local testing facility. Participate in on site government inspections and unannounced audits as needed.• Establish and monitor an effective performance review process for all hourly in a structured, systematic approach. Maintain a data base to track and remind staff members of due dates.• Process employee terminations to assure required notices, vacation and severance payments are processed as needed on time. • Process and administer local and federal employee garnishments to courts and agencies in multiple states in an accurate timely manner.•
