My current role is working with OEMs and suppliers to understand their eMobility architectures and help them to design in TE eMobility products such as power and auxiliary connectors, contactors, charging inlets and high voltage battery disconnect switches. I am the primary technical point of contact within TE for these eMobility products in the Central United States.

- The primary objective is to achieve rapid growth of TE's senor business in the commercial vehicle market for both on and off road applications.- Responsibilities include market analysis, strategic planning, new opportunity identification and closure, business case analysis, forecasting and customer relation management.

- Support the development and integration of sensors into automotive and heavy duty on and off road applications.- Conceived, created and manage mobile laboratory for field testing automotive sensors.- Account manager for major automotive OEM responsible for overall performance including engineering, quality, warranty, delivery and accounts payable.

• Project manager and technical lead for the development of robotic grinding machine. Responsible for overall project and for developing all software in C and C++ necessary to run the machine. Machine increased production throughput by 300% while reducing labor costs by 80%. Nominated for Innovator of the Year for conceiving the idea for this machine and making it a reality. • Project manager and technical lead for the development of robotic thermistor machine. Developed all software in using object oriented design and Visual C++. Machine improved throughput by 50% and improved yields by 30%. The machine is a show piece for customer visits.• Project manager and technical lead for feasibility studies investigating innovative medical devices using wireless and IR technologies resulting in the filing of four patent applications. Projects involved the management of internal and off shore engineering resources, a contract research organization and medical consultants.• Developed software for a robotic thermistor machine using object oriented design. Performed requirements analysis, design and implementation of the embedded software which was written using Visual C++. Performed validation of entire machine. • Developed real-time, embedded, grind control application in C. The firmware ran on a PIC microcontroller. The system improved the precision and repeatability of the grind process. • Developed graphical user interface in C++ for chemistry analyzer on embedded, real-time OS. Wrote drivers in C to integrate real-time OS with hardware and development tools. Wrote validation procedures for testing the machine.• Developed embedded software for temperature modules in C that ran on PIC microcontrollers. The process included requirements analysis, design, implementation and validation.• Developed object-oriented thermometer program using Visual C++.

• Technical lead for the design, development and testing of an automatic call distribution system that ran on MS Windows.• Developed phone based user interface using Visual C++.

• Performed requirements definition, detailed design and implementation for utility software on a pacemaker programmer. The software was written in C and ran under the QNX embedded OS.• Developed a database used to create the multilingual interface for a pacemaker programmer. Coordinated the translation process with 14 translators, reviewers and engineers.
