Managed the development and delivery of new and enhanced systems applications utilizing and supporting the Customer Warehouse Environment (CWE), a multi-source, multi-dimensional collection of databases and data marts containing information about Fidelity customers, prospects and members, used to support Fidelity’s marketing efforts. Specific projects have included implementation of Unica Affinium Campaign, used to design and initiate marketing campaigns; development of web-based Integrated Marketing Measurement tool used to assess the effectiveness of online, print, and broadcast campaigns; development of the Targeting Measurement Environment, an intergrated suite of databases and tools providing enhanced measurement capabilities and efficiencies to analysts in the Customer Knowledge Center; and numerous other initiatives that import or export data to and from the CWE to support and enable other Fidelity constituents and applications requiring marketing information

Managed the deployment of Oracle HRMS at the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, an $11 billion retailer with over 80,000 US and Canadian employees. Responsible for developing and executing the deployment and cutover plans to take Oracle HRMS live in the US, followed by Canada, at the culmination of a 2+ year effort to replace A&P’s legacy systems

Managed all phases of SDLC for IBM external customers. Examples include:- Enterprise-wide deployment of Oracle Financials at the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company throughout the US and Canada- Developed custom SDLC methodology, based on IBM’s Global Services Method, for Unilever- Sony Electronics’ North American B2B website, utilizing IBM’s WebSphere Application Server, Oracle, Java, and Open Market Transact- Web-based, peer-reviewed electronic medical journal and web-based application using Domino's workflow engine, HTML, and JavaScript for the IRB process at hospitals and other organizations involved in clinical trials- Managed and/or consulted on numerous other projects, including B2B procurement portal for the electronic components marketplace, imaging and document management system for the Public Charities division of the Massachusetts AG’s office, infrastructure architecture and migration effort for the enterprise messaging systems at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield
