Quality Assurance Manager
CurrentGeneral Functions:Providing management and administrative support for day-to-day operations of the Coreio Quality configuration center (QCC) Managing quality assurance technicians on all teams while performing the role of first level point of contact for; Coreio clients, sales and the VP of life cycle services.General functions include:Maintaining strict adherence to budgets and staffing levels.Monitoring and review of staff performance.Managing all facets of the QCC LAN infrastructure from design and implementation to support and trouble shooting. Interface with various internal Coreio departments to facilitate the customized configuration and delivery of orders received from our clients.Ensuring orders are prepared and shipped in accordance with the clients specified instructions.Creation and maintenance of client documentation and quality check sheets.Implementation and adherence to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality System Standards; yearly audits and re-certification's.Training staff in ISO quality standards, client imaging and technical requirements and procedures, client documentation, and health and safety standards.Tracking, scheduling and reporting employee vacation and sick time to payroll.Work load balancing among the QCC teams.Ensuring staff maintain Coreio standards regarding telephony, Email, dress code and overall professional work ethic.Maintaining clean and safe work environment as per Ontario health and safety act & regulations.
