Negotiated with owners and manufacturers the purchase of unique estimating software that generated take-offs/proposals. Controlled all inventory, material and tooling purchasing for government and oil field tooling manufacturing subcontractor. Duties included project estimating, employee relations as well as public relations with existing clients. Saved this small business $500,000 in tooling costs over a four year period.

Managed construction of single-family homes and light commercial projects. Inspected all single and multi-family home construction.
