Report directly to the CEO of this $30M privately held custom printing and direct mail company. Responsible for all internal and external financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation and operational analysis.Major Accomplishments include:Led the Financial portion of the company’s ERP system (Navision) implementation.Converted the company’s cash basis accounting system into a GAAP compliant, accrual based system, which was approved by the Company's external auditors and lending institution. Implemented GAAP compliant revenue recognition procedures and initiated daily revenue reporting by product and sales group.Established the company’s first formal budgeting and internal reporting processes. These achievements provided the systems infrastructure and financial information which enabled the company to identify areas of excess spending. The result was a reduction in annual operating expenses of $9M/year over a two year period.
