Contract position to support migration of 1,200+ clients to online payroll and HR management system. Specific duties include CRM (Salesforce.com) data entry and client communication regarding key deliverables. Reporting status to Sales and Sales Consultants associated to project.

Providing support, functionality solutions and issue resolution for a 500+ user SFDC instance. Advisor/Consultant/ Business Partner regarding best practice for SFDC configuration and project management for all Vertafore business organizations. Also responsible for user activations & deactivations, user profile creation and standardization, along with Account and Sales Team associations. Additionally responsible for product creation and weekly alert updates to accounts, data integrity including de-duplication, data formatting, and administration of licenses for 3rd party applications. Manage account, contact, and opportunity ownership, build and customize workflow and approval routing rules, build products utilized in quoting tool (Steelbrick CPQ), update and manage custom objects and page layouts. Responsible for library creation/modification and Content associated. Create custom documentation for sales education, product and alert management processes, and communicate weekly SFDC enhancement and modifications to user base. Well versed in Demand Tools and Data Loader functionality.

Responsibilities include sales, sales support, customer service, CRM administration, marketing collateral and communication coordinator, product expert and primary product trainer for internet-based public records access SaaS organization.

Responsible for supporting the Channel Manager in a specific territory and the National Sales Team with a combined $17 million in total sales quota for business software company.

Responsible for PO review and validation for proper renewal of software.
