As Senior Director of Operations and Training & Development successfully lead the organization through numerous operational improvements, staffing challenges, supply chain disruptions and Covid leading to double digit sales and EBITDA growth. Developed and wrote training programs for all operational levels. Set up alternate supply chain distribution avenues and staffed regions with 2 Directors of Ops and 5 District Managers. Executed remodels from work scopes to completion of new store designs and beverage bars. Member of the Executive Management Leadership Team and Senior OPS team.

Came on board to assist in the turnaround of the Georgia Region after its acquisition by the franchiser, and to prepare the company for the potential sale to a private equity group. Improved the operational performance of the Region leading to double digit sales improvements and the Georgia Region outperforming all company and franchise units in sales growth 32 of 34 weeks to end the year. Hired 38 new managers and 3 District Managers while opening 3 new stores. Certified 3 new management training stores leading to one Certified Training Manager winning Manager of the Year for the company. Completed a successful transition of the company to a new equity partner.
