Promoted 3 assistants to their own locations and assisted in the opening of stores in Manhattan, NY, Freehold and Bridgewater NJ. Purchased by Track n Trail in 1996 and now (unfortunately) out of business.Left to attend to family needs in Ohio. One of my favorite postitions due to relationship with Bill McGrath (DM) and mentor.

As store manager my greatest acheivement was rescuing a failing store in Paramus and effectively reducing shrinkage from an abysmal 30% to less than 0.3% through restaffing, training and focused inventory control, while increasing sales by 25%. Rewarded by being designated regional training manager travelling to locations from Connecticut, New Yourk and New Jersey. Left when company tried to be Aeropostle and reduced wages and quality of offerings. -
