Bob Louk, has over twenty-five years of Corporate and Commercial Banking experience. Bob is currently Managing Director and Regional Manager for BMO’s Diversified Industries Group in Greater Los Angeles. Bob manages a team of Commercial Banking professionals who prioritize high credit quality and customer service with our existing portfolio of valued clients. Bob and his team are also primarily tasked to grow market share in Greater Los Angeles. BMO acquired Bank of the West in 2023.Previously, Bob held the position for seven years as Regional Business Development Executive - Pacific Southwest Region for Bank of America's Commercial Banking Division while sourcing and closing 7-10 new relationships per year during that time. From 2017-2019, Bob also held the title of Client Acquisition Executive - Pacific Southwest Region which included the states of California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. Bob had managing responsibilities of two direct report Business Development Officers in San Francisco and Orange County, respectively.Bob joined Bank of America’s LA Metro Team in December 2005 managing and building a diversified portfolio of clients including Donald Sterling / Los Angeles Clippers (and the team's sale in 2014) and local coverage for Endeavour Capital. He also sourced Capital Raising and Mergers & Acquisitions mandates including the Beyond Meats IPO opportunity for the Bank that went to market in 2019.It is worth noting that Bob has served as a Part-time Professor at the USC Marshall School of Business, Leventhal School of Accounting from 2011-2016. He has taught Financial Statement Analysis (ACCT 581) to MBA and Masters of Accounting students. Bob currently resides in La Canada, CA with his wife, Therese, and three sons. He has a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from U.C.L.A. Bob serves on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Los Angeles Ketchum YMCA.
