As the Head of Benefits at Compass, I oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs and policies across the organization. I have more than 20 years of experience in the employee benefits field, working with diverse and dynamic companies such as Goldman Sachs, Broadridge, and Time Warner. I have a strong background in HR policies, strategy, and compliance, as well as a passion for enhancing employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention. I have developed and managed multiple benefits initiatives that support the company's mission, culture, and values, such as health and wellness programs, flexible work arrangements, retirement plans, and diversity and inclusion efforts. I have also partnered with various stakeholders, such as senior leadership, HR teams, vendors, and consultants, to ensure the alignment, effectiveness, and communication of the benefits strategy and programs.
