Born and raised in Manteca ca. Began thoughts of becoming an Architect at a very early age. Was first recipient of the Raymus /Cunningham award for Architectural design while a junior in high school. As the winner my residential design was constructed and my parents purchased the home. I was able to live in the first residence I ever designed. Went on from high school directly into an Architectural office, where at age 20 was one of three individuals that prepared the construction documents for the new San Joaquin County Courthouse. After approximately 20 years and three different employers I received my California Architectural license and went into a partnership with Mark Holley in 1979 as Architechnica. Mr. Holley retired in 2019 and I still remain the senior partner with my new partner, Mr. Tim Dearnborn.
