About Bob Manz

I am a highly motivated, "hands-on" civil and environmental engineering manager with forty-four years of government and private industry experience. Experienced in project and construction management that includes managing multiple projects simultaneously. A positive communicator experienced in managing and supervising professional and hourly employees. Experienced in preparing and presenting information and working with the public. I retired from the City of Greenville (South Carolina) on November 1, 2013 and worked part-time for CoTransCo, LLC (Greer, SC) and other miscellaneous clients; e.g., property owners and churches before experiencing some health challenges which now have stabilized. I would entertain part-time civil engineering and environmental compliance engineering challenges, project management (especially pavement management), governmental organization permitting, and mentoring.
