• Assume responsibility for systems engineer tasks as they apply to all assigned installation and support projects. • Work with project managers and client services team on these projects to provide commissioning, quality assurance (QA), diagnostics and testing services to our camera based PGS and other products in North America. • Work with Client Services Team to remotely monitor, diagnose and configure our IP Camera based networks and systems.• Read design drawings to insure our contractors carry out installation requirements. • Work with project managers to finalize all technology related project documentation for both internal and client-facing purposes. • Traveling to Park Assist sites when needed, up to 75% of the time. • During the project and support processes, work with contractor's onsite or remotely to diagnose and resolve issues such as power issues, network issues or other issues as needed. • Working with electrical contractor onsite or remote to fix network issues and faults. • Help inform documentation such as supporting manuals for new equipment while maintaining existing equipment manuals as needed. • Possess strong communications and leadership skills and ability to work with others on a team.
