My curiosity is continuously a driving force behind my thirst for knowledge. I have an intense desire to forever expand my knowledge. I am quite willing to build my portfolio through my actions, one position at a time. I will never stop learning or improving and any organization/department will have the opportunity to benefit from my successes.I have always been able to show my value through professional achievements. My certifications in the NetWare, Microsoft and OS/2 technology world allowed me to grow my skills and take on larger, more critical projects. Eventually they led to leadership of groups, tackling many projects as I rose to Management. When I took a break from technology, I aggressively pursued and obtained a Real Estate Broker license with several subsequent certifications. I took much pride in that field also and was in the top 20% of agents in the Chattanooga area. This satisfying path allowed me to be successful without a college degree.I have been back in the technology field for many years with Amazon while working on my degree. During my educational journey, I obtained five Level II Non-Destructive Testing certifications and a Six Sigma Yellow belt certification. I have completed my Master of Science in Administration of Engineering Management, (MSAEM), which has thoroughly prepared me for roles in the Engineering, Project/Program Management, Lean Management or Quality Control fields.My plan is to utilize my role to pursue and obtain a Six Sigma Green/Black belt and a Project Management Professional, (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, (PMI), through leading and successfully completing projects for the betterment of my new organization.I am confident the organization/department I join will see my curiosity, intense desire and thirst for knowledge as a sign I will become an integral part of their family.
