•Assist in the daily supervision and operation of Finance Division; represent finance as necessary to Board, Administration and other Committees as needed.•Coordination and preparation of Agency budget of $425M+ and 1800 FTE’s.•Allocate budget amounts at the direction of Agency Leadership•Coordinate the preparation of annual operating and capital budget requests.•Revenue cycle and Cash management.•Ongoing financial management and financial reporting to both internal and external customers

•Assist the Executive Director, handle administrative issues as needed.•Plan, organize and direct the fiscal management and operational activities of Griffin Memorial Hospital to include budget, payroll, purchasing, payables, materials management, and trust accounts.•Direct the preparation of Medicare Cost Reports and supporting documentation, Unit Cost Reports, Statistical Reports, Trial Balances, Comparison Reports, and Operating Statements.•Supervise business office and billing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and modifications; adopts necessary fiscal controls.•Supervise 7 direct reports with total of 70 staff in finance, reimbursement, food service, and materials management.

•Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the fiscal operation of five Healthcare facilities in Norman: Griffin Memorial Hospital - 145 beds, Oklahoma Youth Center - 40 beds, Central OK Community Mental Health Center - outpatient services, Norman Adolescent Center - 21 beds, and Norman Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center - 60 beds. Budget - $55 million approx. FTE's 800.•Responsible for developing annual budget for all five healthcare facilities. Provide instructions and support for budget preparation and ensure compliance with deadlines. •Responsible for billing and collection for services provided. Supervise Business Manager in developing and implementing procedures relative to patient accounts and reimbursements by patient, insurance and other third party payors. Ensure accurate and timely billing and collection. Analyze collections monthly for over or under the estimated amount. •Assist and advise the management regarding their budget, purchasing, expenditures, and prepare and present reports regularly and as requested by the Management Team.•Responsible for purchasing, warehousing, and distributing supplies for all five facilities.•Member of the Executive Management Team, attends a variety of meetings, and committees.•Establish and monitor internal controls of assets/resources, including developing and writing policies. •Supervise 4 dept. Heads with total of 35 staff in finance, business office, and materials management.
