Manage staff, vendors, and budgets, while adhering to business requirements, change controls, and best practices. Developed and instituted a BI Roadmap for 400+ users across Marketing, Collections and Credit Risk. Used roadmap to build out a $ 4 million infrastructure to support reporting, direct marketing, credit risk analysis, collections recovery and visual analytics. Implemented SAS analytics for 350 clients. Provided a self-service BI solution at an annual cost of $600k, which is at least 50 % lower than comparable systems. Redesigned reporting and analytics solution for 400 + users leveraging SQL server and Tableau. Solution was utilized to produce hundreds of reports in a production environment and to replace outsourced campaign management reporting saving $ 750k annually. Served as program manager for developing new project intake and production system ticketing system to meet compliance requirements. Successfully managed the migration of CRF production support activities to eight (8) IBM global resources in India, resulting in a cost savings of $ 200k/year Redesigned MIS hardware and application architecture utilizing SAS and MS Office products, which improved performance by 50% and tripled the size of the data warehouse. Led the transition team for merging Crestar and SunTrust marketing data marts as part of the two banks merger. This transition had previously failed twice under IT and consulting leadership.
