I'm a Driven, Passionate, & Innovative Educator with a talent for training colleagues on best integrating Technology into their learning environments . My position as a teacher has afforded me the opportunities to have a far-reaching impact beyond my own classroom. My involvement in creating programs for my school and for Wake County, most notably piloting Wake County’s BYOD "Bring Your Own Device" program, has resulted in my shaping program purpose, policies, and procedures. My experiences in education have brought me to the natural conclusion that I can, and I desire to, help more than just those who step into my classroom. I'm currently seeking to further my direct impact, in a challenging Professional Development Instructor or Education Resource Developer role.As a musician I innately visualize well and understand how important it is to be able to describe that vision to others, so as to have harmonization, this concept carries over to my professional life in being passionate about creatively finding solutions, and being able to convey complex concepts to others in a way they will understand them.
