• Oversee complete security and safety operations of 356 room boutique hotel, 36,000 sq. feet of event space, 6 floor parking garage, rooftop bar and a 250 person night club. Director of the properties Emergency Response Team. Chairperson of the Safety Committee. In charge of all permits and licensing for the entire property. Hotel Liaison for law enforcement, fire department, and Mayor’s office. Director of Emerald Lounge security staff. Other responsibilities include: Interviewing, hiring and supervising of security personnel. Set up safety and security training for security and hotel staff. Develop and update all safety and security policies and procedures. Oversee lost and found procedures for the hotel and event space. Oversee and develop hotel keys operations. Handle all investigations and act as hotel liaison for the insurance company. Update all OSHA standards and keep hotel in compliance.
