Re-roofing projects and major internal upgrades to patient and staff areas across 3 hospitals - Fremantle Hospital, Rockingham General Hospital and Peel Health Campus.Managing major refurbishment works within the active hospital environment at Fremantle Hospital to provide additional clinical ward space as part of requirement to increase bed numbers available to WA Department of Health.

Assisted by many great staff with clinical and hospital backgrounds.Completed new Paediatric Staff Base, Neonatal Unit (Nursery), Medication Room, Medical Equipment Store and Hospital Staff Break Area. New double and single storey extensions. All completed in and around fully operational and busy hospital.Also completed major services upgrades to Kalamunda Hospital (pallative care and day surgery) including hot water, electrical, fire protection, air-conditioning and replaced 50% of roof area.

2014 - 2016: Managing tender, award and construction of 5 regional hospital refurbishments as part of the Southern Inland Health Initiative (SIHI). Completed contract documentation for the tendering of 12 further SIHI projects, which will be tendered and awarded in the second quarter of 2016, with the majority of site possession planned for mid 2016.2013 - 2014: Managing new build of school buildings for the Year 7 Program, where an additional school year of students is starting at secondary schools at the start of 2015. Included John Curtin College.

My role was in the planning phase with completion of a Project Definition Plan for the new Perth Stadium.I was in the small team managing the engagement of the entire Consultant team for the planning stage (2 years) of the project. This included the Architect, Cost Planner, Town Planner, Structural Engineers and Geotechnical Engineers. We completed an open-market tender process (including qualitative and quantitative ($) criteria, assessment, approval and award) to government requirements for the design team (with submissions from international firms) and Pre-Construction site works (civil works prior to the main stadium construction).

My role was central in the co-ordination and management of power upgrades to 420 schools, the construction and installation of 79 transportable buildings and Safety Management of 673 schools. I worked for Building Management & Works as a Project Delivery Manager for the ‘Building the Education Revolution’ program of works in WA, which involved provision of a new building / buildings to each Primary school.
