Responsible for delivering financial commitments globally for a $1.9 billion franchise. Led a team of approximately 100 finance professionals around the world. I also had responsibility for Business Development for the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Franchise.

Vice President of Finance for J&J Consumer Group of Companies supporting the global Over-the-Counter (OTC) medicines, Nutritionals and Wellness and Prevention business.- Member of Global Leadership Team for $4.2B consumer unit spanning 8 markets. - Helped drive compound annual operational revenue and profit growth of +5% and 22%, respectively from 2007-2009. - Provided financial leadership on developing global OTC strategic plan. - Partnered with Strategic Marketing to focus on developing and implementing strategies in emerging markets.

Provided global financial management to $650MM+ IT infrastructure services organization supporting all of Johnson & Johnson. - Directed 35 person global finance team and was a member of IT infrastructure leadership team. - Reduced expenses below 2003 levels resulting in a 20% reduction in spending as a percent of revenue. - Migrated legacy financial systems onto shared SAP platform, avoiding incremental development costs.

Provided financial leadership to US Sales and Marketing teams supporting $350MM business. - Played key role in transaction realigning Splenda business with partner, including valuation work, negotiations and presenting to senior management. - Provided financial leadership to Nutritionals Innovation Board.

Provided strategic and financial valuation of potential acquisition targets for all sectors of Johnson & Johnson.
