Project Results:• Redesigned process for designing new measurement facilities with low flow requirements.• Create presentations and training documents to roll out new process for collecting gas loss and conducted training on the new application system wide.• Create a web based application to standardize reporting of purge and blow down gas loss volumes. Reclassified over 15,000 Dth of gas that would have been lost or unaccounted for.• Reduce expensed gas loss and increased Capitalized gas loss, resulting in excess of $324,000 in savings.• Identify Root Cause of 7 major measurement adjustments and create a control plan to identify deficiencies and track adjustments made.• Research Loup Creek Bubble testing process; reduce Unaccounted for Gas from 2.95 mmcf/day to 0.69 mmcf/day.• Obtained Black Belt Certification Sept. 2002.Additional responsibilities:• Member of Operations Support Staff, Supporting DTI’s Fuel Initiative.
