Lead a team of 80 contract specialists to fully manage and administer Navy Sea Systems Command contracts for the construction, overhaul and repair of nuclear aircraft carriers and submarines. I exercise my duties with an unlimited warrant as the principal procurement official to ensure Navy systems are delivered in accordance to the agreed upon contract. I ensure that my team conducts business within the laws, regulations, sound business practices to arrive at prudent decisions.

Responsible for the total administration supporting 200 military sailors and civilian mariners in daily operations for ship and submarine maintenance. Orchestrated the implementation of effective process improvement resulting in and overall "Excellent" on the Supply Management Inspections. Planned and executed well received receptions for the Secretary of the Navy, U.S. Ambassador to Malaysia, and the Malaysian Chief of Naval Operations.

Coordinated high level discussions between senior executives from the Military Industrial Complex with senior Government Officials. Addressed policy and process opportunities with senior leadership. A Senior Contract Specialist responsible for procuring and accepting Osprey (V-22) aircraft. Handpicked as the Contract's sole representative to Strategic Enterprise Team to explore new and imaginative strategies resulting in the development of a robust contract managing system.

Led 40 sailors in the procurement, warehousing and issue of embarked aircraft parts and supplies valued at $212 million. Ensuring mission and readiness remained above 95%. Served in Iraq as the Contingency Contracting Officer for the Multi-National Security Transition Command supplying service and constructions contracts. Managed the consulting initiatives contract providing mentors and trainers to the Iraqi Defense and Interior Ministries.
