As above for Project Manager + managed a staff of heavy equipment operators. Scope of work included prioritizing and actioning tasks, provision of all equipment, material, staff, and services including inspections. Completing reports and developing preventive maintenance programs required to maintain the roads and grounds network including the air side.

Provided heavy equipment and Municipal snow and ice control (SNIC) operations training, fleet safety guidance, assistance and advice to all levels of Regional staff. Recommended fleet safety standards for the Municipality and external contractors. Developed, promoted, implemented, delivered, and monitored the Municipal winter road maintenance program.

Commissioned from the ranks. Continuous service in a deep sea and clandestine diving and explosive ordanance disposal/improvised explosives disposal (EOD/IED) environment. At completion of service I was the Executive and Operations Officer of the Fleet Diving Unit Pacific. As such I was responsible for all diving and EOD operations in western Canada.
