I did time studys on many machine and assembly operations to set the piece-work standrads.A team of 5 of us did studis in all the stock rooms useing stop watch and MTM to change the standards form a cash standard to a hourly rate standard.This involved studing the smallest parts to the largest handle in each stock room.Thur these studies we could go in to any stock room analysis the parts and set the hourly standard.This was a challengeing and fun project.
