With 25 years at Cintas, I am working currently as the Director of Diversity Training & Development having spent 17 years working in the DEI space. I am responsible for developing, implementing & facilitating our company wide diversity, equity & inclusion training programs. I remain actively involved in emotional intelligence training and participating in Cintas' mentoring program. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I have developed & facilitated virtual training sessions to assist leaders with managing stress, influencing people and appreciating the diversity of thinking/communication styles.
