I have over 30 years of experience ranging from designing complex mechanical components and systems, to implementing new manufacturing concepts, to developing quality systems for manufacturing plants globally, to leading a large manufacturing organization in a unionized environment. I have accumulated a track record of success and have shown the ability to be innovative and provide long-lasting solutions to complex problems. I have earned the respect of company leaders, peers, subordinates, and front-line workers. I have a strong drive for continuous improvement and I understand the need to respond quickly.
