Bob has over 25 years of experience in the development of leading-edge engineering companies, their technical staffs, and convergent solutions for the DoD and Intelligence community (IC). Prior to joining PCI, he completed his tenure with Objective Solution, Inc. (OSI) as their COO/CTO, leading the successful development of a technical staff responsible for services and solutions in the CNO, Wireless, and R&D mission areas of the NSA business base. Mr. Mulroy was also the CTO and co-founder of Atlantic Coast Telesys, Inc. (ACT), a Hanover, MD based small company specializing in Signal Processing, Analytical Scientific Applications, Research and Development, Satellite Communications and Protocols, and Information Technology solutions for the IC customer set; ACT, Inc. was acquired by SAIC, Inc. in 2004. Bob holds a MSEE from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BSEE from the University of Detroit.
