Current- Vice President, Strategic AccountsLoomis U.S.My role is to oversee one of Loomis’ largest customer segments. I establish personal relationships with key partners in these accounts, as well as between the Loomis Senior.
- Respond to RFPs and customize presentations based on client needs
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
- Act as liaison between customers and Loomis team
- Resolve customer issues
- Review invoice disputes
