Traveling to Austria in 1995 to identify a manufacturer that had never conducted business in the U.S. Building that business through Europe and the US. Traveling to China to search for quality manufacturers in 2003. Building that business around Asia Pacific and the US.Being independent to allow for the property development and building of multi-family housing & working with the MTA and Transit Oriented development.Along the way were plenty of bumps in the road, but the experience...It's as simple as "nothing ventured, nothing gained".I am not done, but thank you to so many true professionals I have met along the way.RLM
