Highly motivated leader who over two decades has demonstrated Operational and Sales multi site management within FTSE250 businesses, latterly responsible for £100m revenues across Southern England, mainly within the Tool & Plant Hire Industry, with responsibility for 700 employees, 6 Regional Directors as direct reports.Having served across most roles from negotiating, area management, sales management to operations lead, always aspired to the next level whilst being extremely loyal to the brand and people served. With a wide range of experience available, key achievements include revenue growth in almost every role held from local to Regional management, cost analysis demonstrating efficient savings along with funding of the front line demanding leading customer service, creating sustainable USP's. Been awarded a special recognition award from the CEO for services to the business in 2014 most notably for the very successful London campaign which saw 23% revenue hike over a 12 month period by delivering and executing a plan from cradle to grave. Receiving a nomination for leader of the year in 2015, making the top 3 from a business of over 500 leaders. Building, developing and tutoring teams is very high on my priority list, all roles have seen me build a team mostly through a mix of internal development and hand picking from the very best in the open market.
