Introduce young players to the basic techniques of goalkeeping and develop the techniques into skills that can be used during games
Over 9 seasons from 2003 until 2012 I coached and managed AP West in the Watford Friendly League from U10s up to U18s. In that period I worked with a total of 45 players ( one female) and 239 games. The team won a WFL division title at U13s but its prime motivation was to provide an opportunity for young people to play football for fun, regardless of size and/or talent.

I've worked part-time for the YMCA since approximately 2002. In that time I've run their summer football camps and worked on drop in football sessions on Fridays and Saturdays.
My acting career was somewhat undistinguished but great fun! I worked in theatre with - among others - Lindsay Anderson (Hamlet 1981), Adrian Shergold, Philip Hedley,Barrie Keeffe, Ken Hill, Diane Cilento, Alan Plater, Andy De La Tour, Tony Marchant (various), Nell Dunn (Steaming 1981) - all at Stratford East, Nicholas Hytner (The Ruling Class,Leeds Playhouse, 1985). On TV I made my debut in Grange Hill 1985 and appeared in (albeit mainly briefly!) Eastenders, The Bill (twice), Frank Stubbs, Promotes, Stalag Luft, numerous student films and Keeping Up Appearances (1991 Christmas special). For a number of years I worked with my partner, Lynne Brackley, as one half of Pin and Blob a children's entertainment (allegedly). In 1988 I worked at the English Speaking Theatre of Frankfurt and in 1989 and 1990 I wrote Pantomimes for the Shaw Theatre. During the 90s worked with Alan Palmer and Philip Harland writing sitcoms. In 1996 I was part of the team that moved The Royal Court Theatre out of Sloane Square and into two West End Theatres for its refurbishment. Since 2002 my link with all things theatrical has been through Weston Park Primary where I've written and directed Year 6 end of year shows (8 since 2002).
