Customer engagement planning for enhanced experience and new service offerings. Developed Opex and Capex plans and managed implementation and accountable for outcomes both financial and operational. With Hassel Architects developed fitout standards brief for all Medibank clinical facilities. Property lead in identifying new corporate office space in Brisbane from scope, sourcing, fitout design, construction and occupation.
